Terms and Conditions
Agreement Overview
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the service and constitute a binding agreement. By accessing or using any part of the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the service immediately. These Terms supersede any prior agreements or understandings regarding the service.
User Registration & Security
To access certain features, you must register and create an account with a valid email address and secure password. You agree to keep your account credentials confidential and to update your information promptly if it changes. You are fully responsible for all activities under your account. If you observe any unauthorized use, you must notify support without delay.
Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use the service only for lawful, authorized purposes. Prohibited activities include distributing viruses or harmful code, engaging in harassment or hate speech, and infringing on intellectual property. You must not attempt to disrupt or circumvent the security features of the service. Violations may lead to immediate suspension or termination.
Content Submission & Ownership
Any content you upload or submit remains your property, but you grant the service a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, use, reproduce, and display that content. You represent that you have the necessary rights to grant this license. The service may remove any content that violates these Terms or applicable laws. You agree to indemnify the service against any third-party claims related to your content.
Pricing, Billing & Taxes
Certain features require payment of fees as displayed at the point of purchase. All fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise. You agree to pay any applicable taxes, duties, or charges related to your purchase. Failure to pay may result in suspension of your access to paid features.
Subscription Renewal & Management
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled at least 48 hours before the renewal date. You can manage your subscription and disable auto-renewal via your account dashboard. Disabling auto-renewal prevents future charges but does not refund the current period. No partial refunds are granted for unused portions of a billing cycle.
Modification & Discontinuation
The service reserves the right to add, modify, or remove features at any time, with or without notice. Significant changes that materially affect user experience will be announced at least seven days in advance. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance of the new features. No compensation is due for modifications or discontinuations.
Account Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for any violation of these Terms, security concerns, or operational reasons. Notice will be provided when practicable. Upon suspension or termination, all licenses granted under these Terms immediately cease. You must delete any downloaded materials associated with the service.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the service’s software, design, and content remain with their respective owners. You are granted only a limited, revocable license to use the service in accordance with these Terms. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or creation of derivative works is strictly prohibited. Legal remedies, including injunctive relief, may be pursued for infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the preceding six months. This limitation applies to all claims, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on liability, so this clause may not apply in full.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall first be attempted to resolve through negotiation. If unresolved within thirty days, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration or courts of competent jurisdiction. Each party bears its own legal costs unless otherwise ordered.
